At Toola-Roola's house, Toola-Roola is getting setup just as her friends arrive, eager to paint them. However, the idea doesn't come off as easy for everyone until Toola-Roola shows her own design to prove simplicity. All the others have to do is make the plate resemble who they are so they get to work. Everyone gets compliments on their plates but there's no eating cake off them until they dry so they leave the plates with Toola-Roola to dry and head out but only after they put their cutie marks on the card to remind Toola-Roola of each plates' owners. However, waiting for paint to dry proves to be much duller than Toola-Roola had thought and she eventually opens a window to get some fresh air. Though she remembers she still has to clean-up and heads out of the room but a strong breeze sends everything but the plates and table onto the floor. Pinkie Pie returns to see the mess and helps to get the plates re-identified. They manages to get the plates identified to the best of their abilities just as the others return to see the results of their work. While Pinkie Pie and Toola-Roola attend to the cake, the others work out whether their plate is indeed their's and make any necessary swaps as they figure things out. Cake is passed out when Toola-Roola realizes she did make a mistake but the photo is taken as everyone continues eating.
