Episode 21	Happy Birthday Sweetheart	Aired: November 20, 1992
Outside, the swim team is practicing and Sweetheart remarks about how good they are. Starlight tells her the hard part is coming up. Nevertheless, the team nails the maneuver perfectly. Teddy calls it a flat tire and throws a rubber octopus into the pool. Melody suggests they get him back but end up piling up against the wall as Teddy laughs , wondering what the "dream team" calls that move. Lancer squirts Teddy with the hose, causing Teddy to fall off the ledge.  Teddy hopes the team loses tomorrow and storms off. Later, Clover says she can't wait for tomorrow so they can eat real food again. Sweetheart can't wait for her birthday party tomorrow and everyone, even Teddy is invited. The group can't believe she'd invite Teddy since he spoils everything but it wouldn't be fair to leave him out. Melody says they should worry more about the competition that they're going to win. The next day, at the competition, the first team scores a 9.46 average as calculated by Bright-Eyes. Now it's the Dream Team's turn and as they enter the carousel maneuver, Clover doesn't surface and ends up being snagged by the "sea monster" Teddy. As a result, the team is disqualified for failing to complete their routine and they all decide to again go after Teddy, ripping off part of Teddy's costume in the process before Teddy swims to shore. At least they have Sweetheart's party tonight to make them feel better but Melody protests that if Teddy goes, they don't. At the salon, since Sweetheart has yet to uninvite Teddy to the party, Starlight gives her a choice of them or Teddy to be friends with (which I think is pretty harsh when they could just have fun at the party but be ready to prevent Teddy's next bag of tricks from ruining the party).  Sweetheart decides to call off the party and runs out crying. At the former site of the party, Sweetheart  is taking down her decorations, not sure if she really wants to but figures she has to. Lancer decides to have the party on board his father's ship and when the gang and Teddy see each other, they're disgusted but no one can leave since they're now out to sea. Lancer tries to get everyone to sign a peace treaty but both sides end up throwing comebacks at each other (although Melody's cancels itself out since Teddy cares about himself, which also counts for something). Lancer talks some sense into all of them but Bon Bon thinks she's going to be sick. Lancer takes Sweetheart back to the area of the party(or former party), hoping to cheer her up with his gift, which turns out to be everyone at her party. The group sing about the party, then Sweetheart blows out the candles on her cake, saying that her wish about wanting her friends here came true.
