Episode 30	The Return of Tambelon (Part 3)	Aired: October 22, 1986
The next day, Danny realizes that Grogar must have a weakness and Morning Glory reports that Grogar's bell glowed whenever he used his powers. It's enough for a few of them to realize that perhaps the bell is the source of his power. Molly figures that if they use Danny's tape recorder to record Bre's voice and lure Gorgar out, they can get the bell but Danny's backpack is back at Paradise Estate. Surprise has a better idea and shares her plan and what to do. They head back to Paradise Estate where Surprise pulls one of her surprises and lures the Troggles away from their posts. With that, Danny and Peach Blossom escape with the backpack out the window as the Troggles enter through the door. With the tape recorder still working, they now have the hard part and are nearly caught as they flew in. Using the tape recorder, Danny records Bre ridiculing the Troggles but they're caught when Danny stops the recording and another chase ensues. Luckily, they escape and Danny has spliced the tape together to get a different recording. It's a good result and Masquerade has picked an equally good disguise. They set their plan into action and Grogar believes it and chases after the phony Bre. The group surrounds him but he feels he has them surrounded and charges a few times before getting stuck in a tree. Spike takes advantage to try and get the bell despite Danny's protest and hangs on for dear life as Grogar shakes him and throws him into the bushes. Now angrier than ever, Grogar captures Paradise and Peach Blossom but the others manage to escape, realizing their latest plan didn't go over very well. In the dungeon, the group needs a way out and uses a song to express their feelings and search for a way out. It's an unsucessful search but Paradise remembers the bell they found earlier but cannot figure out what it has to do with the legend. While they try to figure it out, Danny and the others have caught a Troggle named Drog but he's not with Tambelon anymore and wants to join them as the Troggles were also conquered by Grogar and some of them equally want Grogar defeated. They hope he's telling the truth and set him free. Drog admits that they have to hurry if they want to save the others because at midnight, Grogar will convert the ponies he's captured to the realm of darkness. Luckily, he knows another way in and takes them there at nightfalls as the guards pace above them. The entrance is small and dark so Spike makes a torch and leads the way. As Brey reports the good news, the ponies continue moving through and reach the exact point where the other Troggles and Grogar are waiting and the group realizes they've been tricked but in a few short hours, Grogar will banish all of them to the realm of darkness!
