Episode 17	The Glass Princess (Part 2)	Aired: October 7, 1986
As the dogbirds take a few of the ponies away, the Bushwoolies watch, then decide to go to Paradise Estate for help. The dogbirds release the ponies but end up with one of them on top but order them inside anyway as Gusty leaves behind her headband. Meanwhile, the ponies and Megan are taking a nap when Danny dives into the pool and wakes them up. Megan sort of shrugs off the event but the Bushwoolies arrive with the news and jump into the pool, leaving a few of them wet once more. This time, Megan is a bit more fed up and learns why they're here. The Bushwoolies add that the ponies were taken to the Black Mountains so Megan decides to form a search party with Paradise, North Star and Magic Star but instructs the rest to stay in case the three ponies manage to return. On the other side of the estate, Molly and Shady arrive looking for something Shady can be good at but haven't heard anything about the kidnapping or the search party in progress. Once they get the story thus far, Shady feels in regret even though it's not her fault and runs off. In the forest, with Molly trying to assure that things will get better, the duo end up singing a song about their ordeal. They end up in a rabbit hole and Molly remains positive against Shady's negativity. Shady finally cheers up and they leave the hole, only to find Bushwoolie fur on the trail ahead. Figuring it's Bushwoolie shedding season, Molly and Shady follow to see if it leads them where they can be extra help. Inside Porcina's lair, Porcina arrives with excitement to see the ponies are exactly what she needs and welcomes the three of them in perhaps the most uncomfortable way possible. Desiring clean hair, Porcina orders the three of them to get their hair washed and the three of them are unable to understand why. Elsewhere, Megan's search party is approaching and they find Gusty's headband, their first clue as to where the three ponies are. The group decides to split up and look for additional clues. Magic Star picks up on a scent as well as a possible entryway into Porcina's lair and brings the group over. However, pushing on the door proves fruitless so they need to find another way in. Luckily the Bushwoolie ancesors used to dig their way around the tunnels and tries to find the alternate entrance without any luck. Back inside, the ponies are being prepared for their hairwash but the shackles Porcina creates prove to be too brittle. Realizing her cloak is pretty well useless at the moment, the dogbirds improvise with ropes. The ropes are more successful and the ponies get cleaned up before recieving a makeover. Following the trail, Shady still needs something to prove that she's useful and doesn't really want Molly's help but accepts Molly tagging along just in case. With the ponies all clean and looking worse than ever before, the dogbirds are excited to get the hair but the three of them can't agree on what'll happen once the dogbirds do get the hair.Sure enough, the dogbirds confirm that once Porcina gets their hair, she'll turn all of Ponyland into glass and the trio aren't happy about that.
