Episode 55	Too Many Pinkie Pies	Aired: November 17 2012
Outside, Twilight is trying a spell to make the apple become an orange (as you'll soon see) when Pinkie Pie interrupts her, asking about her activity but gets excited when she sees the Blue Jay-Orange hybrid and wants to become an orange too (Annoying Orange reference perhaps?). Her excitement causes her to bump into Rarity, whom shows off her new wardrobe. Pinkie Pie becomes disappointed on the fun she missed out and further becomes worried that she may miss out on the other fun. Pinkie Pie finds Rainbow Dash and is all too happy to help get the cloud Rainbow Dash is struggling with back into the sky. She darts off with the cloud now back up, leaving RD bewildered at what she saw. Next she moves on to Applejack for a (very) brief ride before darting off again. When she encounters Fluttershy, she's out of breath but is relieved to find Fluttershy not doing anything fun and collapses from exhaustion.Fluttershy allows Pinkie to rest on her butterfly couch but PP's worries on missing out on fun don't get erased, especially when the friends she encountered before now want to do something with her. She now has to choose which one to go to (now you know how Twilight felt back in "The Ticket Master", Pinkie Pie). Later (or possibly the next day), Twilight is back with the same spell as before but once again, Pinkie Pie thwarts her attempt and this time a frog becomes part orange. Twilight says Pinkie's plan would fail unless she had more of her to go around. That gives Pinkie Pie an idea and she darts off while Twilight and Spike resume their spell practice.Inside (what may be) The Everfree Forest, PP is recalling the sayings her Nanny Pie told her and successfully creates a somewhat less intelligent double of herself. She shows her double Ponyville but the double isn't really listening and literally has fun on her mind.The duo split with the Real Pinkie out with Rainbow Dash, whom is left confused as to what Pinkie is talking about. Afterwards, real Pinkie passes by Fluttershy, whom decided to have some fun after all by having a picnic with her animal friends but Pinkie's problem resurfaces so she goes to explain it Rainbow Dash, whom isn't buying the story. Real Pinkie agrees to be quiet and when asked how she's able to quietly slide into the lake, her reply isn't believed and the duo head off again, leaving RD still confused. Pinkie Pie's double explains her story that leaves her in tears but agrees to duplicate each other to solve the issue. When the process completes, Real Pinkie Pie is ready to go but the doubles instead continue doubling. They stop at last and head back into Ponyville for a pop quiz, which they pass and head off before Pinkie Pie can finish counting to three but sees nothing wrong. Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash sees Pinkie Pie was right after being forced to sneeze by the doubles. Real Pinkie Pie arrives and sees her problem so she heads to Applejack's to see if things are better. She arrives to find it's no different and Applejack demands to know who is responsible. Real Pinkie darts off with her clones following and now regrets her actions. At Twilight's house, other ponies demand answers and Twilight looks for answers. Spike finds the book hidden in the bookcase and sure enough, there's a spell to return them but they have to figure out the real Pinkie Pie in the lot. She asks the crowd for help but doesn't get a definitive answer. They encounter one Pinkie Pie (inevitably the real one because she isn't acting like the others) but she doesn't admit to being the actual Pinkie Pie since they wouldn't believe her but gives Twilight and Spike an idea. Along the way to the Magic Mirror Portal, Rainbow Dash calls Twilight and Spike into a tree and learns that they're in there because Fluttershy's animals have allowed them to stay until the Pinkie crisis ends. Twilight explains her plan and joins the army of Pinkie Pies in the barn, explaining there's a test for them. They have to watch paint dry and at first it's easy for them but one by one, they get distracted and are teleported back through the portal. When it comes down to two, Rainbow Dash can't take it anymore and distracts the only clone left, leaving regular Pinkie Pie still watching. As she recites her letter to Celestia, she spends time with her friends and helps plug the hole leading to the Magic Mirror Portal. Twilight suggests they celebrate but all Pinkie Pie wants to do is nap.
