Episode 46 It's About Time Aired:

So we open with Spike showing Rarity an ice cream house but we find it was just a dream as Spike awakens to Twilight's pacing. Twilight explains that she has no time in her current schedule to make another schedule. Dawn breaks when Twilight feels she's figured out a solution to her problem. At that moment, however, a sphere of light appears and out comes a rather banged up version of herself that tries to mention something important but Twilight has too many questions to ask in her excitement. (Have you forgotten, Twilight that Discord traveled back in time to show you the (lack of) error of your statement?)
Unfortunately, just as Future Twilight finds a lull in Twilight's barrage of questions, she disappears before she can complete her warning. Figuring she's being warned of what'll happen to her that following Tuesday morning, she goes to warn Ponyville'ers and only gets ridiculed at. She devises a plan that involves everypony else but Pinkie Pie, whom is busy being only half-serious. When all is said and done, Twilight still has a nagging feeling there's more to this "disaster" than the minor things.
A Cerberus appears, apparently having escaped from Tuataras, where a group of evil creatures live and Fluttershy surprises all with her talent with animals by basically making the beast into a playful puppy. Twilight then lures the beast back to its home.The next morning, Spike awakens from the best sleep he's had in weeks, wishing Twilight would go on more epic adventures. Things go well as Twilight reports the Cerberus is back until she notices the scar on her cheek and realizes the future hasn't been prevented.
She tries not moving until next Tuesday (good luck with that when you need to eat) and Spike decides to almost break her out of it by eating ice cream. Rainbow Dash reports of her latest news then cracks up over what she finds in Twilight's house after entering. She and Spike mess around with Twilight until Twilight has had enough and tosses Spike aside but the impact with Spike into the wall forces Spike to throw back fire right at her and leaves her with a haircut matching her future self.
Spike has an idea and takes Twilight to Madame Pinkie, the supposed fortune teller. All she gets for a prediction is a cool birthday present next year and her Pinkie Sense has nothing to do with it. It's only for random events and almost on cue, such an event occurs as Twilight gets hit in the head with a flower pot, having no idea where it came from. Later, PP arrives at Twilight's house to find her not mad but along the lines of obsessed as she's now got a bandage on her head and is running around the room trying to watch everything. Pinkie Pie has no idea what Twilight is talking about but is prepared with an eye patch for Twilight's gaze into the sun with her telescope.
With Tuesday actually being the next day, Twilight realizes she has to stop time.
Now at the Canterlot Archives, they sneak around, not wanting to get busted, though Spike doubts there's anything wrong with what they're doing. Pinkie Pie finds the actual Star Swirl the Bearded wing before a guard catches them and allows them inside. Out of ideas, Twilight and her companions search but sunrise for Tuesday morning arrives first. Celestia passes by, complimenting on the new hairstyle and Twilight remains surprised at not only no disaster but not being questioned that she's sneaking around.
(It does  seem a little odd, I'll give her that but perhaps it's open 24 hours a day and they know Twilight loves books?) Pinkie Pie finds a scroll with a spell that allows traveling back in time for a few minutes and Twilight uses it. Upon return, she finishes what the warning was and isn't happy about the thought of worrying about a non-existent disaster so Pinkie Pie cheers her up. Spike on the other hand now isn't feeling so well, likely from all the ice cream as he had thought it was Future Spike's problem but now he is  Future Spike and after a good laugh, Twilight and Pinkie Pie take Spike home.
