Episode 34	The Mysterious Mare Do Well	Aired: November 26 2011
At the clubhouse, Scootaloo announces to have Rainbow Dash be declared the best pony in Ponyville but Snails tries to find a better word and argues with Scootaloo about the best fitting word until somepony in the back comes up with a phrase they all agree but cannot pronounce before RD, who has been outside their clubhouse eavesdropping, snickers in delight. Up in the sky, RD is "swimming" in the clouds to relax before being summoned to answer a cry for help coming from a well. It's a baby pony as RD finds out and after pulling the filly out, she gets unexpected cheering. Yet another cry for help and this time it's that Daisy's (I think that's who this pony is) carriage is careening down the hill towards a cliff but RD manages to save it with only inches to spare and another cheer from the crowd below. While other ponies snap a few pics of RD, Twilight and Applejack discretely say they have a few words about RD. After RD saves a group of elderly ponies from a collapsing balcony, Twilight figures all the hero business might be going to RD's head. A little later, RD tells her story to other ponies with Spike jotting down notes as what looks to be a reporter but once again, Twilight and AJ have negative emotions towards RD before AJ is literally dragged into the mess. RD continues her boasting by saying she doesn't have time to write her autobiography so she hired Spike do it for her. Outside, while RD is signing autographs, another pony is in peril as their balloon has been torn open and is plummeting to the ground. By the time RD takes off and attempts to make the rescue, the rescue is completed by another mysterious pony, named The Mysterious Mare Do Well by Ponyville's mayor herself. RD isn't cheering and says there's only room for her before tripping over one of the balloon's strings. Later that day, a carriage of a different variety is whizzing down the same hill as the baby carriage and RD goes in and has to be convinced not to say her catchphrase but her efforts to stop the carriage are in vain because she isn't strong enough and is once again outshined by the MMDW (Mysterious Mare Do Well for short). Later still, some ponies are constructing a building when the crane's lever system shorts out and RD isn't quick enough to do much saving before the workers' work in progress collapses completely. The workers owe the MMDW their lives and that makes RD furious. Elsewhere, the dam has a crack and RD realizes that the town would flood if it broke and after a quick plugging of the hole, she does a premature pat on the back before the dam bursts and now she herself needs rescuing. The rescuer turns out to be the MMDW and said MMDW reveals that she can do magic and uses it to repair the dam before outshining RD in a brief flying contest, then heading off. At Sugarcube Corner, the group discuss their opinions on the MMDW and RD is aggravated, giving the others the idea that she herself is jealous and they have a good chuckle. RD proclaims to prove she's better than MMDW but no trouble arrives so when she sees Granny Smith, she figures she needs help getting across the street but in return, GS says she didn't want to cross the street. She arrives at another set of "problems" that are easily solved or aren't really problems at the time. Now resting on a dark cloud, RD gets a call from Scootaloo down below, whom says they're having a Thank You Parade for MMDW but RD wants no part of it. RD meets MMDW at the Thank You Parade, then chases her down only to discover that MMDW is made of three of her friends appearing at different respective times and Rarity made the costume design. They tell her it's okay to be proud about accomplishments but not brag about them in front of others. Just before RD is about to recite her (Spike's) letter to Celestia, she decides to scare Pinkie Pie and Spike with a fake announcement of them being a ghost, then at last proceeds to write the letter.
