~ Rulings ~ 1. The damage "My Chubby Pony Thistle Whistle" deals after its ATK is doubled is still that amount. It is not doubled again.

If the cards needed to activate the appropriate effect are removed from the field or flipped face down, "Seasonal Stress" stays on the field meaninglessly and you cannot activate the effect even if they needed monster(s) are flipped face up later.
