Episode 6: The End of Flutter Valley (6) |
Inside Bumbleland, the honey prison continues to melt
and Rosedust figures that if the honey melts enough, they can finally
escape. Just outside, Morning Glory has no luck escaping but Sting
returns to help as discovering Bumble gone has made him realize that
perhaps Bumble wasn't really his friend. Now true friends, the duo race
to save the other Flutter Ponies. Sting knocks the Sunstone off its post and into the ground, where it buries itself in a deep hole and doesn't help the fate of Flutter Valley. While the Flutter Ponies struggle to escape, the other bees return and Bumble wants Morning Glory back in the cage. However, Sting stays loyal to Morning Glory and refuses to obey Bumble's orders, even if that borders on betryal. Sting notes that Bumble betrayed him earlier and takes off with Morning Glory. The other bees give chase by Bumble's orders but Sting throws a punch straight at Pointer, sending him down to the ground. Pointer retaliates in a fight with Sting but is once again thrown to the ground and gets an earful from Bumble. At last the Flutter Ponies break out of the prison and use their legs to try and escape as their wings are still coated with honey. However, the bees block their path and they really need to get flying as they aren't good runners. Elsewhere, Reeka and Draggle find themselves bored from waiting but soon enough they'll have Flutter Valley just the way they want it. Back in Augh's web, the ponies are running out of time but Fizzy gets an idea that the Furbob doesn't like but eventually is convinced to go along with it. Gusty taunts Augh before offering the Furbob in a Fizzy bubble. Augh lets the Furbob out and his rough play pops the bubble and lets the Furbob escape to get help. Hydia kicks Augh in retaliation but Augh makes her pick up the Reeka-Draggle spare. On a tree branch, Sting notes that he just wanted Bumble to like him but Morning Glory likes him and tells him about Megan and what they can do with her. While they head off, they repeat the song about not giving up when flying. They face a storm and eventually land on the other side of the rainbow at Megan's place, or at least the place that resembles what Morning Glory was told about. Sting has no idea what Megan looks like but will know it when he sees her and they start looking. However, instead of Megan, they get an angry bull, whom is ready to charge at them as they cower beind a bale of hay. |
