Episode 4: The End of Flutter Valley (4) |
In Bumbleland, Sting suggests
stopping as to avoid drowning them and Bumble obeys while the ponies
deal with their dilemma inside. Morning Glory sees a way out and is the
least covered in the honey so she decides to try and escape. She gets
out but one of Bumble's workers chases after her. Elsewhere, Surprise
has no luck distracting the Stonebacks and neither does Gusty in blowing
them away, nor Wishful in wishing them away. Buttons gets an idea and
gets apples to fall on the Stonebacks, allowing them at least a brief
window to escape. By sure chance, they find the Furbobs' home and get in safely as the Stonebacks race past. A little further inside, they end up in Furbobia, where they meet the other Furbobs, whom are just as indecisive as the ones they already met. They announce the arrival of the steamer but Spike and Baby Cuddles are not thrilled about it. Meanwhile, Morning Glory is getting tired as the honey has made her wings heavier. She lands by a dragonfly, whom has no way to removing the honey. The bees catch up so Morning Glory tries to escape but the bees are closing in. Back in Bumbleland, things are looking up as the plants are starting to thrive but Bumble had too much necter and feels like she's going to burst. However, a quick removal of one of her slippers is enough to help out and the bees return with Morning Glory. The bees are free to go as Bumble orders Sting to watch Morning Glory back in the prison but it's not something Sting really wants to do. With that, Sting escorts Morning Glory away as temperatures rise thanks to the Sunstone and Bumble decides to nap. Back in Furbobia, Spike assures he won't let anything happen to the scared Baby Cuddles but the ritual is about to begin. The ceremony has begun with a little tune from the Furbobs as Baby Cuddles and Spike take flight and the healing process begins on her leg. When it's over, Baby Cuddles can walk again but now the Furbobs need help with the Stonebacks and the ponies are happy to help since they were helped first. They head out with no Stonebacks in sight, at least not initially. At Flutter Valley, the witches play croquet with a turtle but Reeka and Draggle are having second thoughts but are ordered to stick with the plan. Reeka and Draggle argue who's next to shoot as Hydia scores the winning shot and it won't be long before they have Flutter Valley for good. |
